Data is processed to provide the service, fulfil requests, protect accounts, resolve errors and meet legal obligations, relying on contract performance, legal obligations, legitimate interests and consent where required.
4. AI and automated analysis
Information may be processed by automated systems to explain parcel and development data or generate design alternatives. Outputs are not official planning documents, permits, engineering calculations or professional advice.
5. Sharing
Data may be shared only as necessary with hosting, security, analytics and AI infrastructure providers under contractual safeguards. We do not sell personal data.
6. Retention and security
We retain data only for the period required by its purpose and applicable law, then delete, destroy or anonymize it. We apply access controls, encryption, monitoring and least-privilege practices.

Optional website analytics
Google Analytics is loaded only after you allow analytics in cookie preferences. We measure public page visits without sending chat text, parcel identifiers or email addresses. Advertising personalization is disabled. You can withdraw your choice through Cookie preferences. Rejecting analytics does not prevent use of the site.
