imarmind may provide development summaries, indicative costs and design alternatives based on user input, accessible sources and computational models. Outputs are for information and preliminary evaluation.
2. Official and professional verification
No output replaces an official planning certificate, survey, permit, soil report, structural calculation, estimate or architectural project. Decisions must be verified with the relevant municipality and licensed professionals.
3. User responsibilities
Users must provide accurate information they are authorized to share and must not upload unlawful content or use the service in a manner that harms security or attempts to force misleading results.
4. Data currency and error margins
Municipal systems, plan notes, regulation, unit prices and markets may change. Source date, scope and confidence are shown where possible, yet information can remain incomplete, delayed or incorrect.
5. Intellectual property
Rights in the imarmind brand, interface, software, original text and system design are reserved. Users retain rights in uploaded content and grant only the limited permission required to provide the service.
6. Changes to the service
Features may be improved, limited or temporarily suspended for security, maintenance or legal reasons. Any paid feature will show its price, renewal and cancellation terms before purchase.
7. Limitation of liability
Subject to mandatory law, we do not accept liability for indirect loss arising from investment, purchase, design or construction decisions based solely on automated output.
